I thought so too. I have no idea how that happened. One thing I don't have is the proverbial green thumb. There have been not only mixed colors on the bush, but even mixed colors on the same flower. It was actually blue when I bought it.

I thought hydrangia blossom color had something to do with the acidity of the soil. How do you get multiple colors on the same bush, presumably planted in the same soil?
