11/27/13: I received a nice e-mail from Robert Holtzman about Chary's ownership:

"I can't believe you have photo of exterior and interior of Chary's Restaurant. My father was co-owner of the place in 1960-61. His business name was Cy Hall. The club enjoyed lots of celebrity visits, but in those days the winter season was not enough to carry the club year round and I believe they closed in early 1962." Robert Holtzman
