Seems there was also an M&M in downtown Miami, circa 1954-1960

M & M Cafetarias was created by Mr Morrison after he sold his orginal Morrisons chain due to poor health. After he recovered from that serious health issue, he established another chain of retaurants but naming them "M & M" Cafeteria for himself and his son. Eventually, the M & M chain was sold the the New York based restaurant and food service chain, Bickford's, Inc. They sold the M & M chain in about 1961.

My mother worked for the Morrisons when they only had two stores both downtown, the cafeteria and buffeteria, Senior mr Morrison ran the cafeteria, his son ran the buffeteria ........Later changed the names to M&M.....

The M & M Cafeteria is now Chase Bank.
