Norm Andresen was a maintenance superintendant, Max was former president of AFSCME Local #1542, Pat was Aviation Director Richard Judy's secretary, and Richard was current president of AFSCME Local #1542. I was recording secretary of Local 1542 from 1982 to 1984 under Max as president and Richard as vice president, and vice president of the local from 1984 to 1986 with Richard as the president. I had to give up my position and membership in the local when promoted to supervisor in 1986. Richard Sinclair passed away on August 16, 2006 - RIP Richard!
