Ms. Hart had been broadcasting ET from Miami for a week and arrived by helicopter to catch her Pan Am nonstop flight back to Los Angeles. I was scheduled to pick her up and transport her to her flight but she arrived considerably early and she asked me what I wanted to do to kill time. Despite better ideas kept only in my head, I suggested visiting our old Gate Control office and she agreed. The Gate Controllers on duty were stunned that I brought her into the office and everyone had a great time talking with her. She was so friendly that I had to drag her from the office in order to catch her flight on time.
