Owned by long-time roofing supply company owner A. B. Martin. There are great seafood items, barbecue items and veggie side dishes at this restaurant BUT the service there has always been marginal at best (inexperienced lower income area youths). The service there now absolutely sucks and I'll never take friends there again. Two visits ago it took over an hour and a quarter to get and consume our lunch meals, and the restaurant was only one-fourth full of diners. That rules out eating there if you have a job like my friends unless they get two-hour lunch breaks. The last time I took friends there the servers refused to seat us, or even let us sit down in a booth to wait, because half their wait staff called in sick due to the Miami Heat winning the NBA playoff series the night before. Bah humbug, either get your act together or shut the restaurant down and keep the take-out store open. Update: In early November 2006, I noticed that the restaurant is shuttered up and a "for sale" is on the front. Congrats all you lousy servers, you killed the golden goose that allowed you a decent salary and tips.
