We have stopped here at least several times for great lunches and desserts after arriving at Denver International Airport on Southwest Airlines flights from Ft. Lauderdale and before driving down to Colorado Springs to visit our daughter and grandsons. We have also had a great lunch at Jim 'N Nick's in Smyrna, Tennessee and the former manager of that location is now the manager of this restaurant located at The Shops at Northfield Stapleton, a relatively new open-air shopping area built on former Stapleton International Airport property that was located north of I-70 when the airport was operational.
