A trip to the Southern Tier of New York is not complete without devouring some delicious Spiedies in Vestal and surrounding areas. I fell in love with Spiedies in this area starting in 1970. We happen to love the Spiedie & Rib Pit on Vestal Parkway and have had at least three or four meals there on two separate visits up there.
