Thank you to Robyn Noelle for contributing images of an old matchbook she has from the Tepee Club. This matchbook cover is special to Robyn because her mom and dad met at the Tepee Club and married. Robyn says: "My parents said was it was love at first sight. My father was in the Tepee Club when he saw my mom (Who was a hostess and singer there at the time) as she was trying to light a candle on the table. He was watching her and got a giggle out of how she was trying to avoid the fire from the match. He walked over to her and asked if he could show her without hurting herself. He turned the candle upside down and lit it for her as the fire had drawn up to the wick and like magic, they were together from that point on. My father with his slick jet black hair and my mom with long jet black hair were a 'match' made in heaven :) They traveled all over the world together and were the best of friends from 1956 to 1991."
