The slick county politicians promised the residents of Miami that a park would be built on 'Parcel B' east of the American Airlnes Arena and next to Biscayne Bay. Since the arena was built nothing has been done to construct the park and it is being used for valet parking by arena management. Now the slick county politicians want to build yet another museum on 'Parcel B', a Cuban Exile museum, which would further block the view of the bay. It was bad enough to build the AA Arena where it is. Why do museums have to be built on the extremely valuable waterfront in Miami? Open space parks are far more attractive than massive concrete buildings right on the waterfront. Read more at:
