2013 - a new Hooters Restaurant under construction on Palm Springs Mile where IHOP was located for almost 50 years

The old A-frame International House of Pancakes (IHOP) building and the new addition is behind the fence and trees. IHOP (International House of Pancakes) built a new restaurant a couple of years ago on the 49th Street side of Westland Mall next to Fuddrucker's and just west of the Sears store on the east end of the mall. Fuddrucker's is located where the old Piccadilly Cafeteria was located for many years.
