I'm thinking I have seen this one labeled at Loxahatchee River Historical Society and the Seminole on the right is Lop Eared Charlie. The Tribe cut his ear for giving up Big Tommy for killing the Shine Family up near New Smyrna to Jim Russel in 1873. Russel and Captain Smith got drunk with them on the Plantation Bitters recovered from the wreck of the Victor at Jupiter Inlet. You can find the abridged version in Pioneer Life in Southeast Florida by Charles W. Pierce.
