OMG ! I went to Arbetters last in...1966 ? The guys behind the counter were like a comedy team, the laughter and the wieners made the trip worth it everytime. Boston Celtics stuff plastered all over the walls. Now that I know its still there, I'm taking my grandkids there this weekend. Fred Labarga

This Little Place , is A Lengendary Landmark, in Miami, 50 + Years Old, and Still Very Popular, and Serving Great Hog Dogs, Corn Dogs, Chili Dogs, Cheese Fries, and Root Beer. I've Personally Been Going to Arbetters, Since I was A Young Kid, in The Late 50's. I First Went to Arbetter's Original Location, on : The Trail, - S.W. 8th Street, at around 58th Avenue, With My Dad, and My Little Brother. We would Go there a Lot after we went Swimming in The Venetian Pool, in Nearby Coral Gables. My Wife, and I , Go To Arbetter's Often Nowadays too. We Order Takeout, and Eat in The Car there, or We Go to Nearby Tropical Park, and Eat in The Car There, in Some Tree Lined Shady Spot, with Some Breeze. And Then We Go East On Bird Road to Ludlam Road, and We Each Get A Chocolate Coated Frozen Banana, at Dairy Queen, and Then We Go Back West On Bird Road, Catch 826 North, The Palmetto Expressway To Hialeah, and We're Home !!!!!!! Arbetter's, is only about 17 Miles, From My House. It is A Good Place, and Their Chili Dogs, are Worth The Drive !!!!!!! And I Get Corn Dogs there too. They are just Like You Get At The Fairs. I Also Like Their Cheese Fries. They Are Made to Order Steak Fries, and They Pour A Velveeta Type Cheese Sauce over them. And I Am A Root Beer Lover, and They Have Barq's Root Beer, A Great one, in A Cup Of Crushed Ice. I Am An Arbetter's Lover, and I Believe That Arbetter's Chili Dogs Make Men Perform Better, I Know they Do For Me, anyway. Robbin.
