2009 - the new Miami Intermodal Center (MIC) just east of Miami International Airport still under construction

Miami, Florida

This joint state/airport project will consolidate all the car rental agencies into one building and provide a link to the airport via a TriRail station and a MetroRail station. It wiped out blocks of old hotels, businesses and warehouses east of LeJeune Road north of NW 21st Street.
