I believe that is FN Steve Kear on the top but not totally sure. I can't remember the name of the Coastie on the bottom.

For the nice historical museum folks at Peanut Island, the non-rate (also called "Seaman's Quarters") quarters were on the second floor, east side, of the station house. The wall in the background is the south wall on the front of the house. The lockable closets on the right were on the west wall of the room and were supplemented by metal lockers also in the room because there were fewer closets than persons assigned to the room.
