Pictured are F-100s of the 31st TFW TAC) in the black area and to the left on the concrete portion of the ramp. Pictured to the right of the blactop ramp are F-104s of the 319th FIS (ADC). Major Bernie Fisher, USAF, was assigned to the 319th at the time this picture was taken. He later was awarded the MOH while flying an A1E in Viet Nam.
