Actually, the cleaners mentioned by Jeff is not the building - that one is across the street. On GoogleStreetView the image of the old Belle Hop changes dramatically from one angle to another. By August of last year, the latest pics, the building has been renovated outside, and is for rent. (Interior basically gutted studio space.) In 2015, it was Mimi's Garden, an open market - 8301. (8303 was the Family Beauty Salon - both run down.)

This same restaurant appears in the mid-fifties listing as the Miami Diner.

Yea , they are Austrailian Pines. unfortunatly the Wacko enviromentalist have had a lot of them cut down. Sad to see them gone.

Unless I'm mistaken, this building is [or was] now a dry cleaning shop in Little River.

Note all of the trees in the background. I'd venture to guess this picture was taken in the early 1940's...
