Most of the turqoise blue cupolas on top of Howard Johnson's restaurants and motor lodges were manufactured by Jones Shutter Products at 246 NW 29th Street in Miami and later 7105 W. 20th Avenue in Hialeah. Some of the cupolas were topped with Simple Simon and Pieman instead of the lamplighter as seen in the next photo.
