From 1966 to 1979 I visited Miami Beach every year and ate at Parham’s often as I can because their desserts were the best! Especially the Key Lime Pie! Best in the Miami area. I agree with the post who said if he had a Time Machine, he would go back to Parham’s for a meal. How I miss that place. Food was so tasty!

Thank you Kenny, and Kathy too, for your great reviews of Parham's. It's always nice to know that there were great restaurants back then and that were locally owned and not part of some national chain.

The best WAFFLES I have ever had to this day! It was a great casual restaurant, for all three meals and even a quick snack! Kenny

My best childhood memories are eating at Parham's. I spent several winters with my grandparents in Miami and then lived in Miami in 1959-1960. We always spent the day at the beach down the street and then went, ravenous, to Parham's to eat. The best split pea soup and key lime pie. If it were still there, I'd fly down tonight!
