Four HU-16 Albatrosses are visible on the ramp along with a helicopter. The USCG moved to Opa-locka Airport not too long after this photo was taken.

HU-16s taking off of the water runway would turn cross wind over the Key Biscayne Yacht Club. Just past where the parachuting frogmen in the movie Thunderball landed.
