This started out as a B&W infrared image from an IR converted camera shot with a polarizing filter. The special effect here is that I tried one of the new Photoshop Neural filter called Colorize which uses artificial intelligence to add color to a monochrome image. It often simulates a retro hand colored B&W look. Sometimes it works well, often terrible and sometimes somewhere in between. In this case it worked really well except for some parts of the sky which did not come out blue. I sampled the color on the part of the sky that came out correctly and then applied it to the part of the sky that was the wrong color.
