Another one of London's landmark modern buildings, as seen through the glass of the Sky Garden. I did an artistic (hopefully) treatment on this where I basically boosted the color, used a layer of Topaz Impression, my own version of one of the charcoal filters, on the background at partial opacity and Topaz Glow, using the soft light blending mode in Photoshop, again at partial opacity.
