Precarious

Valley of Fire State Park, NV

Definitely not one of my best pictures, but I had to include it. We watched this Big Horn Sheep for quite a while waiting for him to come out of hiding. After a while he crossed the road and began his ascent up the rocks on the other side. It was thrilling watching him as he climbed this very steep wall.

It is amazing how agile these guys are. He really blends in with the brush growing in the rocks. It's a fine photo! V
