Challenge: Changing Seasons

Home, Patio

Leaves turn to red, the nights are getting colder,
Seasons will change, the clock ticks on...
Leaves fill the trees as the days are getting warmer,
Days turn to years, the clock ticks on...

"The Clock Ticks On" by Blackmore’s Night

This clock has seen a lot of seasons change. My parents bought it in Germany and gave it to my grandma. It ended up in my hands shortly after spending three weeks dangling in the mucky waters of Katrina that flooded my grandma’s house. This summer, I hope to restore it to its former glory including replacing rusty chains, polishing it up, and replacing the bellows. I’ll take any tips from anyone who happens to be skilled in clock restoration.

Looks pretty good from here but you might consult a clockshop
to do it right. They DO exist.
