12-09-04 sisters

On friday I posted this shot. Stewart pulling my leg about Grannies and Rose wine gave me
a great idea for today's shot. Get my wife and her sister into the garden looking super-nice,
drinking rose wine in the summer sun, during the late afternoon.

Then reality set in.

As I set the shot up I sent them through for their props whilst I sorted the set up.
Problem 1 - no rose wine, just red
Problem 2 - it was freezing
Problem 3 - two strong women who aren't afraid to point out one and two to me as often as they felt necessary.

Anyway, despite all the above I still had fun, as did they (being the centre of attention). And it
was great to spend what little time I was able to in the company of two wonderful women that mean
so much to me! In the end I chose this one, as it seemed to capture the mood of the day,
and the subjects!

Lol! See, they poured the rose down the sink, because they could not face being seen drinking it in public view (well, at least not for another 40-50 years :-)).

Great story! I managed to jump to problem #1 before reading it - but i guess that's not rocket science.
