I had a 07:30 start at work and took a wrong turn to work. On swinging around I saw this, stopped,
grabbed a shot from the car window and continued to work. I gather Washington DC and the surrounding
area hasn't had any rain for over a month, so maybe there's some truth in the old adage;
"Red sky at night, sailor’s delight. Red sky in morning, sailor’s warning"!!
as it's been raining since!!

P.S. I hate MS Picture Mangler. I'll see if reprocessing on a larger screen at home improves this!
