There's a nice spot up the road where there are some 'wildflowers' growing. I tried a few shots but wasn't overly happy with the results, so I played with combining three different flowers, for the sheer hell of it. Probably ended up with the kind of crap that becomes wrapping paper, but an excuse to experiment!!!

Don't put yourself down Dave, the resulting image is more important than how it was achieved and much "crap" sells in large numbers because people like the art. If it ends
up on wrapping paper it could make good money! That said I love the image.Well worth trying again on other subjects.Well done.

It's nice to experiment. Many famous photographers followed unusual styles. One of my favorites is Ernst Haas, particulaly his "motion" work.
