This is their idea of customer service?

I had some trouble a while ago buying sunglasses at half.com.

So, I wrote a half-hearted complaint letter, and returned
my purchase. Well, just today a package arrived in the mail --
sure enough, they were trying to make it right.

I think their response is half-baked, at best.
