Round is a Shape!

But...not the shape I want to have. That's why I'm
swimmming, walking, going to the gym, and watching
what I eat. Hope to post a SP that's a whole lot
flatter -- not fatter -- in a few months!

other sizes: small medium original auto

Fantastic image Gary (talking about the photo, lol) I think it`s a very reflexive SP, how many beers there are in that belly? Is something that we men built with lot of courage drinking beer after beer. Great Job buddy!!!!

Gee Gary, did you take this shot after getting out of that shower shot? Good for you that your motivated enough to do something about it, it takes alot of will power, I look forward to seeing your progress, I really, really need to get on some exercise program myself. My hubby has a tummy just like yours, his came from quitting smoking, my mom teases him and tells him his chest fell is all! ;-)

Did a good job with the enhancements; it's a story frequently lamented.
There's a couple of us in the same boat; how about PDA (PaD Dieters Anonymous) weigh in Wednesday nights?
Good luck! Walk alot and drink water til your back teeth float has helped me in the past.

And don't forget, man without guts are to be classified as disabeled.

I know a nice way to do that. Eat a nice breakfast, a small lunch and stop eating big stuff in the evening, just a fruit or so. Drink lots of water. Then, don't make sport while making fast slimming diet. Waisting energy will activate your hormonal system and accellerate food digestion and use of resources, thus it will make you hungry. When the first bigger amount has molten, start fast and long time sports like flat road bicycling or long distance swimming, jogging. All sports that let you move for more then 45 minutes without rest. This is the way to the goals you have. I lost 30 pounds in one month, just a 4 month a, while stopping all sports activities. When I started sport again, it stopped and the weight loss slowed down.Sport just helps you to eat a richer amount of food and burn it right away in to energy. Doing sport and dieting at same time will just make you sick and tired.

Gary, isn't it a shame when it moves from your shoulders to your midrange.
Remember some old Greek or was it Roman or whatever, wisely stated:
To loose weight you should eat half and sh.. double!!!!!

Excellent treatment and very brave shot, Gary. I promised myself that I would get more exercise and haven't followed through. You've motivated me again.

Just remember, you can't use PS on your next belly photo :^)
Good Luck and go for it!

Well done Gary! You might not have noticed but my SP Friday has also been a check in for my weight loss goals and I am quite happy with my results. Also, I highly recommend Dr. Phil's book 'The Ultimate Weight Solution'. I don't watch his show because he irritates me, but his book is wonderful, and makes much more sense than the 'diet' books out there.

Congrats, and get moving!

Gary, this is excellent. I don't think you need to change anything in that, but if you need to change then I whish you lots of luck.

Great treatment on this image. It seems we have more than just our first name in common. I really have to get my butt in gear as well. Thanks for the incentive...
