The bottom two layers have been spread with preserves, weighted and refrigerated for 4 hours, edges have been trimmed and melted semi-sweet chocolate has been spread on the top. When the chocolate hardens I will TRY to cut it into 1" squares as per the recipe. Bill and I gorged off the trimmings after dinner.
