No wonder they're expensive! Rainbow cookies are hard to make. I saved this recipe about 30 years ago and am just trying it today. I should have tried it 30 years ago when my brain worked better! (It may have helped if I had removed some of the extraneous stuff like the Orangina and Stainaway from the counter!)
