Janet took this photo. I edited the eyes to remove a set of glints and cover up what must be the beginning of cataracts in Ricky's eyes and also lighten the irises. Because of the shelf of fur over his eyes, it's hard to light them. What impressed the attendees was the importance of a hairlight. Really gives contouring to the body. Janet uses the Canon 28-135 is lens for her animal portraits. Diagram for this portrait's lighting is "next". (Hairlight wasn't directly over Ricky due to ceiling not being high enough.)
