To answer Tammy's question about horizons having to be straight...sometimes for artistic reasons we want to tilt some images, but in the case of this one I don't think the tilting adds to the composition. Here's a tool that helps straighten images. You click on the tool and then draw a line along something that should be horizontal or vertical and then go to Image/Adjust/Rotate/Arbitrary in Photoshop or Elements and click OK. Click on "next" to see how I recropped, which was necessary because straightening the image left a lot of space that had to be cropped off.
