While trying to figure out how to use the stroboscopic effect of the Canon 580ex Speedlite, my "helper" arrived on the screen. Grabbed this shot and realized the background was a bit distracting. Also the wide angle wasn't the best focal length for this pose since it distorts the size of his left leg. Undaunted by that I forged forward in my editing efforts to make it a better picture. Click on "next". (By the way this represents use of Gary Fong's Lightsphere II in bounce mode.)
