Tonight'ds spareribs, marinating. After reading the labels on many barbecue sauce bottles I came up with a mix of ingredients that we really like. There are no specific quantities. I just pour, mix, taste and adjust. Ingredients are, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, mustard, dehydrated garlic and onion bits, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce. Tonight it seemed to be "zingless" so I added some horseradish, which I put in my corned beef glaze. Don't think you'll find this recipe in a Weight Watcher's cookbook. Will post a picture of the finished product after they come out of the oven (about one hour at 350° F.
