I didn't want to lighten this too much because it's really dark in this room. First I denoised with Noise Ninja and then I made a slight curves adjustment to lighten just a bit. Then finished with Smart Sharpen in CS2 using the "gaussian" setting. I find that the other two choices, lens and motion blur don't do as well for me.
