Peeka made a great improvement over the original with Neat Image, but it's hard to know just how to move those sliders. Noise Ninja is lots easier. This is her Neat Imaged shot brought into Noise Ninja, where I chose the Canon A80 Noise Profile for ISO 400 and just clicked on "remove noise" and that was it. I saved the filtered version, brought it back into Photoshop and lightened the skin color slightly.
