This is how I packed for the all-day macro workshop. Inside is the Adorama Slinger, into which I put my 40D + macro lens, plus 580ex flash and Stofen Omnibounce. My 300mm f/4L is in the gray bag at the right. The maroon bag has my 17-55 lens in a padded Tamron bag and some accessories in it. Tucked into the back is a mylar covered divider, which came with the bag. I figure it could have been used as a reflector, but I didn't try it.
