Every Day Matters

However, this one seems to matter a little more.
I woke up this morning and said "It's Over"
I had to repeat it to myself several times.
I smiled more and more as I said it.
I will look back at this past year
and be amazed at the changes.
Life is already completely different.
The divorce was less than a month ago
and there have been ups and downs
I have laughed and I have cried
I have feared and I have battled
However I can feel the wind change

As the song says:
Every new beginning comes from some other beginnings end.

My whole mission over the next few days is to take a picture.
Pull out my real camera and capture joy.
Something that puts a cap on this year in a photograph.

I am not sure if I will be glad 2007 is ending or not.
I am glad that I am single as I leave it though.
I am glad that it ended all within the year.
Granted, it screwed up the whole year,
but it will make 2008 much sweeter.
