Just a drop

Acupuncture gone awry.
As I picked up my head I saw this.
I thought it was just a drop.
Then I stood up and looked in a mirror.
It looked like a head wound.
It was from my scalp.
Dripping through my hair.
One of those strange sights.
It was just a little needle.
I looked at it in amazement.
It had hurt a speck.
But nothing crazy at all.
My biggest bummer, no picture.
I took the one of this sitting there.
But the dripping I missed.
And that is the thing about life.
I missed the chance for that pic.
It will never come again.
Not really a lesson,
more of an observation.
