I like the broken asphalt that is included in the foreground along with the long shadows of the oat grass that stretch across the worn-out pavement. I've been exploring that road since 1975 and have yet to tire of it. This is a fitting image of that road and the views it offers to anyone willing to venture upon it.
I still can't believe that after all those years of exploring that road, I had never been up there for sunrise. Glad we were able to be there at that time.
