I took this photo under very flat,low-contrast lighting,and the lens acquitted itself well. The background bokeh is somewhat structured,not overly creamy. This lens retains some information in the background areas,and it's a very nice 135mm lens design,pictorially. It's difficult to see at web size, but I am actually pretty happy with the lens's performance on full-frame,even at the edges of the frame,at f/5.6.
