This is an unretouched, batch-converted JPEG file made directly from the original RAW file,using Nikon Capture 4.1 in its "Good Balance" setting,which offers what the Nikon software engineers feel is a good balance between image quality and image compression. I think this output looks quite good for such a small file created by means of a simple batch processing operation.
