Bennachie is approx 20 miles from Aberdeen and provides a really nice and very populr hillwalk, there are numerous routes none of which very strenuous. Mither Tap pictured here is the second highest point but at only 10 meters less than Oxen Crag, the highest, it is a close thing. The surrounding countryside is mainly farmland and is very nice indeed.
