White-rumped Sandpiper (left) (Calidris fuscicollis), Sandy Point Reservation, Ipswich, MA

The right hand bird looks like a Semi-palmated Sandpiper, it was noticeably smaller and less plump than the White-rumped. Also, notice long wing feathers and white supercillium on White-rumped.
