Today we went for a ride along the Mississippi. It was a nice 8 hour drive with lots of photos. Mel wanted to see the dam and lock, so I let her take all the photos there. The other places we stopped, we both took photos. We found a nice camping spot at one park and a lot of parks and wilderness areas to explore in more depth another day. I will process the other photos and get them in the Mississippi gallery as soon as I can.

well, THAT day it didn't look all that muddy . . .water conservation must be workin' . . sorta . . .I remember when it was REALLY muddy waaaaaaay back in the old days =]
