Welcome Back.jpg

Wednesday, I was to start a 4 day weekend at 5PM. Of course at 4PM a man from Texas came in to get his radio fixed. It was one of those 2 hour jobs I had to do. And of course he did not want to pay anything for it. He has had me repair his radios for years. Of course the radio had not been made for 20 years so parts are not available. I built him one out of a few old ones I kept for partrs and got it done by 5. But I had this mess to come back to when I went in to work 1/2 day this afternoon. I was going to post some photos from my trip. But when I post PaDs to get caught up, no one looks at them anyway. So, you can check out Melanie's page to see the trip photos.

The creative mind: order from chaos. Awesome. (is that a Midland logo on the book?)

It looks like a disaster area to me, but I'll bet you can find anything there in a flash. I admire your ability to create electronic devices from scratch. This scene reminds me of the time (when I was in college) I returned from a 10-day trip to find that my housemates had not done any dishes during my absence. Dirty dishes were all over the kitchen---filling both sinks, covering all the counter space, and littering the top of the stove. It took me (the house dish washer) two or three hours to clean up.

I thought maybe someone would notice the Pizza Hut box. If someone expects miracles and does not want to pay, they have to feed me. :)

The office equivalent I'll face on Monday is over 200 emails. Best of luck, and see you sometime in December!
