I wear this heart rate monitor when I exercise and for 3 hours cool down just to make sure I am where I want my heart to be. It started rising while I was setting here, so I thought I would take a photo of it. Of course it pulses and all the photos came out with the HR blank. Which made it go up even more. :) Wordsmithing will be every 2nd or 3rd day for awhile.
