I was eating some pistachios at work. When I opened one shell, I saw this fellow had been there before me. I then changed to sunflower seeds. :)

Why is it that repulsive stuff fascinates people so much (myself included)? I was out the other day and saw a colony of tent caterpillars, like thousand of babies in the tent and a few adults...I took a couple of shots but stood watching them for like 10 minutes. I like how when you come across this it doesn't strike quite right away what it is, then Bamo! very effective shot.

You know, I USED to love pistachios!! I will never eat them again without inspecting them very, very closely first. Ewwwwwww. Gross!!
