Nik's night filter plug in with smoothing to enhance the night vision effect in PS. Then lighting in Picture Publisher's light studio. Then to Painter for the star brush and back to PP to save.

I too like the night look. Or maybe because every photo I've taken recently has been green I like seeing another color?
